Rousseau started as a frontline Lift Station Technician, in August 2017. His experience and leadership skills garnered a promotion to a Lead Tech position, and then Operations Supervisor, where he manages all aspects of Lift station department operations. Responsibilities include leading a team of 5-10 technicians responsible for Lift Station Installs, repairs and overhauls, as well as backflow preventers, septic system repairs, and septic system installations. Prior to working at Wind River Environmental, Rousseau served eight years in the US Navy and 6 years in Wastewater Collection Systems. Rousseau also holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Security Management. Rousseau is an involved and dedicated husband and father, and enjoys volunteering at his church in a variety of capacities.
